1973 – En route LAX-STL, DCS Spaeth attempts to steal return business from passenger Lassie and her trainer, Ruddell “Rudd” Weatherwax.
September 2013 – Jim gives a presentation about his 2008 China trip to a group at
the Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati.
November 2014 – Jim and his wife Stacey joined Ron Green for lunch at Venice, California
While enroute to a brief vacation in Scotland, Jim and Stacey Spaeth stopped over in Staines, UK for a brief, but very welcome, reunion with former TWA LHR Ground Hostess, Lynette Maxwell.
Lynette escorted numerous Hollywood celebrities to Jim’s flight 761 LHR LAX. Coincidentally, both Jim and Lynette worked for, and retired from, Delta Airlines in later airline employment.
Jim said his Delta fight arrived in LHR at Gate F20, just about 100 feet from F22 where TW761 departed 50 years ago.
